Ingredients:-

To be mix into Marinade:-
1. Curd-1 cup
2. Besan – 1 tsp
3. Turmeric powder (haldi) 3/4 tsp
4. Carom seeds(Ajwain)-1/4 tsp
5. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
6. Dry Mango Powder(Aamchur )-1/4 tsp
7. Garam Masala powder-1/4 tsp
8. Jeera powder -1/4 tsp
9. Ginger(Adrak)Peste- 1 tsp
10. Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
11. salt to teste
Other Ingredients For Tandoori Paneer Tikka
1. Paneer- 150 Gms (Cut into 50 mm cubes)
2.Bell Peppers ( Green & Yellow)- Diced
3.Tomato- diced
4. Onion- petals -10 to 15
How to Make Tandoori Paneer Tikka
-In a bowl add Curd-1 cup,Besan – 1 tsp,Turmeric powder (haldi) 3/4 tsp.Carom seeds(Ajwain)-1/4 tsp, Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp,Dry Mango Powder(Aamchur )-1/4 tsp,Garam Masala powder-1/4 tsp, Jeera powder -1/4 tsp, Ginger(Adrak)Peste- 1 tsp,Lemon Juice – 1 tsp mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.
-Add Paneer Cubes, Onion Petals, and Green & Yellow Bell Pepper and mix it well. Marinade for 1 hour.
-After Marination, Insert the Marinated Paneer, Capsicum and Onions into the Wooden Skewers.
-Roast it on Hot Tawa or Tandoor.
– final step, Sprinkle Some Chat Masala and Serve Hot Tandoori Paneer Tikka and Eat Immediately.
