Salad is a food of Maharashtra. The mixture of Cucumber, Onion, Curd, Tomato, Coriender leaves, Limburs is called Koshimbir. Generally it is called Hindi salad and English Salad .In Marathi cuisine, Pachdi, Chatka is also a unique form of this substance. It is one of the foods grown on the left side of the plate. According to the English method, various dressings/patel mixtures (eg vinegar, black pepper powder and some spice mixture) are added to the Koshimbir. By breaking fruits and vegetables, cutting them into pieces or round slices, by decorating them or by doing other processes, the substance is increased. This substance is especially popular among people on diet. [Fruit Salad] and [Vegetable Salad ] are made. Halli [fruit and veg carving] is also popular.
Maharashtrian Dahi Koshimbir -Yogurt Salad
Ingredients:-

1)Fresh Yogurt – 2 cups
2)1 large sized tomato – chopped
3)1 large sized onion – chopped
4)1 medium sized cucumber – chopped
5)1 inch pc of carrot – chopped
6)3 green chillies – chopped
7) 5 to 6 mint leaves – chopped
8) coriander leaves – chopped
9) Salt – to teste
Instruction:-

1)Finely chop Onion, Cucumber, Carrot, Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves and Tomatos.
2)Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
3)In it we will add two cups of fresh Yogurt and salt as per taste and mix it well.
4)In the same way, our Dahi Koshimbir is ready and for a good taste and a good flavor, you can keep it in the fridge for a while and eat it after cooling it
5)You can eat with Chicken Biryani or Veg Biryani or Pulao.
