White Sauce Pasta| White Pasta| Bechamel Sauce Pasta| is an Italian dish. It is popular in restaurants in Europe and America. There are many types of Pasta available. The beauty of Pasta is that you can prepare it at home in minutes. It is very similar to Chinese noodles, as it is prepared from flour.

There are about 300 types of Pasta with 1300 different recorded names. Take any Pasta for example, it has different names in different countries and regions. Pasta is served with a variety of sauces such as Amatriciana sauce, Genovese sauce, Checca sauce, Carbonara ragu, etc. Apart from this, many sauces are available and many sauces can be made at home also.

Each Pasta has its own specialty which depends on how it mixes with the sauce. This all depends on their size. The hollow Pasta inside can hold the sauce well. This Italian recipe has become so popular all over the world that now we celebrate ‘Pasta Day’ on 25th October every year. So let us see the types of pasta for you.

Many people like to have pasta as salad or snack. Apart from being tasty, it is also healthy and is also a source of many vitamins. Pasta is usually cooked in olive oil and can also be prepared by adding cabbage, peas and carrots to it.

Apart from this, many people also make juicy pasta, so that they can eat pasta as soup in winter. Pasta is available in many shapes in the market, in which tubular, round and stuffed are special. Children like masala pasta, White Sauce Pasta, and cheese pasta the most.

So, we are going to share the delicious Recipe of White Sauce Pasta.

White Sauce Pasta| White Pasta | Bechamel Sauce Pasta|

Ingredients:-
*************

1) Penne Pasta – 200 Gms
2) Milk – 500 ml
3) All purpose Flour – 3 tsp
4) Butter – 3 tsp
5) Capsicum – 1 yellow + 1 Red + 1 Green ( Medium size 3 nos) Roughly chopped
6) Corn – Half Cup
7) Carrot – 1 Nos ( Small Size) Roughly chopped
8) Onion – 1 Nos( Medium size) Roughly chopped
9) Garlic Cloves – 7 to 8 Nos( finely chopped)
10) Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
11) Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
13) Oregano – 1/2 tsp
14) Mix Herbs – 1/2 tsp
15) Italian Seasoning – 1/2 tsp
16) Salt – to teste .

Instructions:-

1)First of all, we have to boil our Pasta, so we will put 3 times more water than Pasta in a pot and keep the water to heat.water

2)As soon as the water starts boiling, we will put 1 teaspoon of salt in it so that the taste of salt comes in our Pasta too. Will also add 1 teaspoon oil so that the Pasta does not become sticky.

3)When the water starts boiling well, we will put our Penny Pasta in it and stir it with a spoon. Now let the Pasta  boil for 8 to 10 minutes.

4)Remember that we have to cook only 80% of the Pasta. After 8 to 10 minutes we will check whether our pasta is 80% cooked or not. If our Pasta is cooked then we will strain the Pasta with the help of strainer and now keep the Pasta aside.

5)So now we will sauté vegetables. Therefore, we a put pan on gas on medium flame . As soon as the pan gets hot we will put 1/2 teaspoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon oil.

6)Now add finely chopped garlic and sauté it. Now we will put roughly chopped onion and sauté until softening. Now we will put all the chopped vegetables in the pan, such as Capsicum, Carrot, and corn. Sauté it for 3 minutes. after 3 minutes, we will keep vegetables on the site.

7)Now we will make white sauce. Keep a pan on the gas to make white sauce, when the pan is hot, put 3 teaspoons ghee in it. When ghee becomes a little hot, put 3 teaspoons All-purpose flour in it and mix well .

8)Now we will fry the flour well on a low flame, we will continue stir the dough for 2 minutes with the help of spoon. When the fragrance starts from the flour, it should be understood that the dough has been fry.

9)Now we will take half liter of milk kept at normal temperature and pour it into the pan little by little and keep stirring continuously with a spoon with one hand.

10)Now add 2 cheese slices and grate some Mozzarella cheese. Let the cheese melt in the sauce, now add some salt to it. To check the consistency of the sauce, dip a spoon in the sauce. If the spoon gets coated well with the sauce, then the sauce is ready.

 

11)Now we will put our roasted vegetables in it and we will add half tsp Chili flakes, half tsp black pepper powder, half tsp oregano, half tsp mixed herbs and half tsp Italian seasoning in it and mix well.

12)Lastly , we will add our boiled Pasta in it, Mix it well.

13) Now let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.

14)Delicious White Sauce Pasta| White Pasta| Bechamel Sauce Pasta| is ready. Now serve it on a plate.

15)Now we will garnish it with a little Chili flakes. You can garnish it with cheese, Chili flakes, Italian seasoning or coriander leaves, but it’s your choice!
